terrible!! we went on a sunday and even though it was before the lunch rush and after the normal breakfast run,and even though they had 6 or 7 waitresses working,they could not do anything right.they never brought my toast with my meal.when I brought it to their attention they said that wasn't acceptable,but they NEVER BROUGHT OUT THE TOAST.reminded them again but as of a week later no toast...to top things off they took my payment at the table and ASSUMED that I left them an $18 tip!!!! they suck as far as service goes and I would NEVER go back...although in fairness to the cook the food was decent

I've been here about 4-5 times. We usually come for breakfast. Their breakfast burger is amazing. Portions are a good size. You aren't going home hungry that's for sure. A side of biscuits and gravy is bigger than most meals at other places. Service is friendly and prices are reasonable, especially considering the amount of food you get. I'll keep going back.

Good Luck !!! I had the best wishes for this restaurant. No one has been very lucky or successful at this location. I finally tried it and what a disappointment it was. I can not recommend this restaurant to any one. We arrived to an empty restaurant at 2pm. We were promptly seated, by a friendly hostess. That's were the best part of the meal ended. The friendly young waiter, appears to have never been trained in the food service industry. We were the only two costumers in the restaurant. He managed to get both orders wrong. The bill was incorrect and instead of apologizing, he tried to blame the kitchen. The food was mediocre at best. Small lunch portions. The menu is limited and not very inventive. The food choices are bland style and do not match the pub or sports bar atmosphere. The TV's are tiny and far away for such a big space. The area is evolving nicely, with many good restaurants nearby and to the south. This is not one of them. Why would anyone spend money to open such a mediocre, soulless dinner. The place also smells funky with dirty, dingy carpeting that has not replaced since R. J. Gator's We will never be back and do not recommend. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Was very, very disappointed. Our waitress gave us attitude for the whole meal because we had to wait and finally ask for service and apparently we weren't supposed to ask. Then, she repeatedly made mistakes. I got the rib steak. It was so ordinary...unexceptional. Edible..but nothing made it stand out. My husband got the prime rib sandwich...it was just a slab of meat and bread. Nothing to dress the sandwich at all. The staff was hard to identify since they were dressed more casually than the average customer. I do not recommend. and won't be going back. I bought a LocalDines coupon, but won't do that again either. (Love Localdines.com and highly recommend them) Best thing I can say about Uncle Robbie's....the food wasn't nasty. And although I completely understand that restaurant carpets are difficult to clean....the carpet in there was supposed to be a light color...and it wasn't, if you catch my drift.

I hate writing two star reviews. I really hope this place makes it but I have to be honest. Went here for the first time today. People mentioned it smelled musty. I didn't notice it that much if at all. Place was very clean. Service was great. Now on to the food. I asked about the fruit cup. Server said "it's out of a can." C'mon Uncle Robbie's.......use fresh!!! I ordered the egg white omelette. It was good but so small. Good thing I wasn't hungry. Finally, my friend ordered the spinach omelette. I know that the spinach in it was either frozen or from a can. Uncle Robbie's...please use FRESH veggies and fruits. Nowadays, people look for that and judge by that. Want to give you guys another try but want to see if you improve.

Where do I begin? As, soon as you walk in the weird smell hits you. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy which were cold. I ordered eggs over medium which were barely cooked. Home fries had no flavor. I had to get up and get my own ketchup from another table. Our waitress was a real "delight" as well. Never coming back! Don't waste your money when you've got Lily's cafe across the street (_wonderful!) Or Joeys cafe (the best!) Down the road...

Run, run away. When they sent down my husband's sandwich I started laughing, I thought it was a joke . No kidding!. Shame I was looking forward to a Mom and Pop restaurant with homemade comfort food. oh well, maybe the next owners!

There just isn't much to say; it's really nothing that you couldn't do at home...a sandwich, soup or salad of the simplest order & looks it when it comes. The point of going out is to get things you wouldn't or can't easily make at home. Service is rather slow on top of that so overall, it's just not worth it. You're better off with a salad at a fast food place. I've only been there since another couple kept choosing it; I'd not have gone back a second time. They seem to like it, I don't.

Sad very sad! We had such very high hopes for this establishment to have what it takes to be an all around repeat visit kind of place. IT DOES NOT!! Everything lacks.........taste, quality, presentation, service, atmosphere, and anything else I am forgetting. We will definitely not return here. Take your chances if you must.

Just want everyone to know how proud I am to work here. As each person eats, I go over to them for their opinion of what they were served and ask their likes and dislikes. 99% say it is delicious and if anything isn't to their liking, we fix something different for them or adjust their bill. So I can't understand who is sending bad review's to yelp, unless someone doesn't want this place to make it. ? There are plenty of eating establishments for all taste. Don't hurt someone to help your self. I love all the food here a little too well, if I have something that isn't my favorite, I just try something else. So many repeat customers, so what's up??

I find when you're looking for a warm welcome good food. The Place I go to is Uncle Robbies!! With food that isn't overly salted like other Restaurants, (thats what salt shakers are for) everything is Freshly made not pre made junk. With Owners who care, I mean really care that you enjoy your meal!! A great shepherds pie, or a fantastic blackened prime rib sandwich with sides, a great corn pudding, or maybe you should just go in for a prime rib dinner. Anytime of day ask for breakfast, home made fluffy pancakes are fantastic or the chili omelette, it's the Bomb!! I think this is a great family place and they have four nights a week of entertainment!!Wednesday night is family night music games and prizes and kids eat free! Thursday night is bingo, Friday night is trivia, Saturday night is karaoke all nights with Purple hazen D's Ingrid & Al~ what more can you want with a family atmosphere good service good food and a pretty large bar and plenty of room for parties. They even have a chef that graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Tell me what more can you ask?

So much potential.....its really too bad. Food is uninspired beyond the cutsie names. Pancakes were awful. Very earthy and gritty. Sausage patty is house made, but is too lean and bland. Server was ok, a bit haried even though the place was practically empty. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. They are on Local Dines, and while that will get people in, based on my visit, it won't bring them back. Sorry

Not impressed. Got the chicken And dumplings and they were awful. Had a funny taste. Was hoping this restaurant would be good. I will still try a meat dish. It's suppose to be very good. Up your game guys or you won't last.

I had the french toast with home fries. The French toast was just plain, I could have made them at the house. The home fries are just chopped potatoes with no flavor, I should have asked for onions with them. All in all, it was filling. Guess I have to try there lunches.

Disappointed. I was looking forward to this new restaurant opening. My husband and I went for breakfast this morning and we won't be back. As soon as you walk in you're hit with an odor that I believe is coming from the ceiling. It looks like new wood was put in, the smell is throughout the place and seriously disrupts the dining experience. We had eggs, my husband had scrambled and I had over~easy. Both were way overcooked. The hash browns were very disappointing, no green pepper, onions, salt or pepper. Yet they were greasy and gushy. The place is large, it has a bar with old box televisions but you'd be able to see the game. The booths are uncomfortable, the tables are too low for the benches, makes you feel like you're sitting at a kindergarteners desk. We would have been happier staying home with a bowl of Cheerios. The staff was nice.
